SoulQuest: Coming Home to My Body

Coming Home to My Body is a 2-hour music-led inner work workshop that invites you to reflect on your relationship with your body in a safe, supportive space. Guided by Tamlin’s song “Wandering Whale” and meaningful activities, you’ll gently examine patterns of disconnection and judgment, and begin to reimagine your body as something more than an image to fix, but a home to return to.

Who This Is For

It’s for you if:

  • You constantly feel pressure to look a certain way or hide parts of your appearance

  • You carry old comments or comparisons that shaped how you see yourself

  • You struggle to see your body as worthy, lovable, or beautiful

  • You’ve felt unsafe, detached, or out of place in your own skin

  • You want to reconnect with your body in a gentler, more meaningful way

If you’re ready to explore a way back home to yourself — through music, gentle reflection, and shared experience — this space is for you.

What to Expect

This isn’t a performance, a sound bath, or an art class.
You won’t be asked to sing, dance, speak in front of a crowd, or share anything you’re not ready to.

This is an inner work workshop, where music becomes a guide, and every activity flows from the lyrics and meaning of the song “Wandering Whale”.

You’ll journey through a series of meaningful practices - from quiet reflection, partner dialogue, light small-group activities, to simple written exercises - all designed to help you understand your body, your story, and what it means to feel at home in yourself…even if you don’t feel that way right now.

This is a safe space to be honest with yourself. Come as you are and let the experience meet you there.
