SoulQuest: Coming Home to My Body: A Unique Workshop Blending Music, Psychology, and Self-Discovery

Bangkok, 15 September 2025 – Award-winning musician and psychology graduate Tamlin announces Coming Home to My Body, a 2-hour monthly workshop that blends live music, Jungian psychology, and guided activities to help participants reconnect with their bodies as a true home.

Unlike a performance or sound bath, this inner work workshop uses Tamlin’s original song “Wandering Whale” as the foundation for reflection. Participants explore patterns of self-judgment and belonging through quiet journaling, partner dialogue, and gentle group practices. Each session includes a take-home workbook as a reminder of the journey.

Coming Home to My Body is for anyone who has felt pressure to change their appearance, struggled with self-acceptance, or felt disconnected from their own skin. It offers a safe, supportive space for gentle exploration and transformation.

Press Release

Coming Home to My Body asks a central question: Can your body itself be home?

SoulQuest: Coming Home to My Body is a 2-hour music-led inner work workshop that blends Tamlin’s song “Wandering Whale”, Jungian psychology, and guided activities. It invites participants to reflect on their relationship with their bodies, gently explore patterns of self-judgment, and rediscover their bodies as a home to return to.

Far from a performance or sound bath, the workshop uses music as a guide into reflection. Through journaling, partner dialogue, and simple group practices, participants explore belonging and self-acceptance in a safe, supportive space. Each session includes a beautifully designed workbook to take home.

This workshop is for anyone who has ever felt pressured to change their appearance, carried old comparisons, or struggled to feel at home in their own skin.

Participant Testimonials

Quotes from participants from the 9 August 2025 workshop.

Ali Baykara – Chief Delivery Officer
"There are so many wellness workshops out there, but this one is truly unique. You reach people through your songs, and that’s really impressive."

Darrell Guinn – Teacher
"I’ve always admired Tamlin’s music for provoking deep self-reflection. This workshop takes it further. It transcends the listening experience and walks you through exploring yourself in real time."

Melissa Close – Education Tech Entrepreneur
"You grounded us in gratitude and reminded us that we’re our only true constant in life. So often we abandon ourselves for external validation, and you showed us how unnecessary that is."

David Bailey – Creator of Personal Development Workshops
"The post-it note exercise was eye-opening. Everything I wrote was actually someone else’s opinion, not my own. Realising how much we internalise others’ judgments was illuminating."

Ted Komthong – Online Education Program Manager
"The reflection on body and home was powerful. It made me ask myself…why am I still searching for home, when it’s already here within me?"
