We often see "home" as something outside ourselves, whether it's a space or a community. But why do we assume that we can only find belonging externally?

Many of us feel disconnected from our bodies and struggle to accept them—how they age, how they fail us and give us pain, how they differ from what we wish them to be. This song is about learning to see our bodies as our true home, deserving of care, acceptance, and respect.

Do we have the power to change the world with our kindness?
